creeps - hapless college nerd tries to get hot coed with the help of his crippled friend and set off a plague of zombies in the process. this is a great one! i was really impressed by dekkar's (monster squad) more mature (slightly) effort. it's pretty funny overall with some wickedly witty lines peppered throughout. it is very 80's but could easlily be the 'slither' of its time. recommended. gore - effeminate PI tracks down a killer of strippers with the help of a hot young reporter. this is the 3rd lewis film i've seen and i'm beginning to see why his is such a cult fav. the story arc is solid, the acting is passable and the gore effects are over-the-top in a fun way. if you're interested in his work, check it out.
