cutter girl cop is the only one who can stop mutants who grow deadly weapons from their wounds and have incredibly high blood pressure. it sounds crazy but i thought this movie could have been a bit more fast-paced. sure it was frenetic at times but it would have been easy to cut a half hour out and kept that pace up throughout. i'm watching a movie where a woman torn in half grows alligator jaws for legs and bites a guy's junk off. i don't really need to see the main character going from house to house looking for the bad guy. just get there and cut his head off already!
